Typically most cockpit instruments  star at 2000 dollars and that is not installed.  A turnkey NAV system is close to 20 thousand dollars installed.   Our scope of services does not include repair  because we are not a licensed repair facility.  Years as a pilot and certified mechanic  gives me the ability to see both side of the instruments and often what is going on behind the dials is even more exciting than the data they display.
